Jägermeister (z niem. łowczy) - niemiecki likier ziołowo-korzenny o słodko-gorzkim smaku, zawiera 35% alkoholu. Recepturę otrzymywania opracowano w 1934 roku. Otrzymywany jest w wyniku macerowania w spirytusie 56 ziół i przypraw korzennych m.in. tymianku, rumianku, drzewa sandałowego, szafranu, imbiru, rozmarynu, borówki, bazylii, pietruszki, cynamonu. Proces macerowania trwa około 1,5 roku.
Irlandzki likier tworzony na bazie śmietanki i whiskey, z dodatkiem wanilii i kakao. Deklarowana przez producenta zawartość alkoholu to 17%. Po raz pierwszy skosztowano Baileysa 27 listopada 1974. Baileys dostępny jest w ponad trzydziestu krajach i należy do czołowych marek koncernu Diageo.
Mleko potrzebne do produkcji likieru pochodzi wyłącznie od około 40 tys. wyselekcjonowanych krów, hodowanych na 1,5 tys. irlandzkich farm. Trzykrotnie destylowana whiskey używana przy produkcji likieru pochodzi z najstarszej w Irlandii, 400-letniej destylarni w Bushmills.
Pieprzówka - napój alkoholowy wytwarzany ze składników: wódka, pieprz ziarnisty (ok. 20 ziaren na 0,5l wódki), miód lub cukier (ok. 1 łyżki na 05,l wódki).
