Kahlúa (Kahlua) - słodki likier kawowy wytwarzany w Meksyku. Smak wyraźnie odmienny od innych likierów kawowych. Zawiera 20% alkoholu. Bardzo często podawany jako składnik drinka Black Russian oraz White Russian (drink wielokrotnie spożywany przez Jeffa Bridgesa w roli Jeffreya "The Dude" Lebowskiego w kultowym filmie braci Coen pt. Big Lebowski).
Jägermeister (z niem. łowczy) - niemiecki likier ziołowo-korzenny o słodko-gorzkim smaku, zawiera 35% alkoholu. Recepturę otrzymywania opracowano w 1934 roku. Otrzymywany jest w wyniku macerowania w spirytusie 56 ziół i przypraw korzennych m.in. tymianku, rumianku, drzewa sandałowego, szafranu, imbiru, rozmarynu, borówki, bazylii, pietruszki, cynamonu. Proces macerowania trwa około 1,5 roku.
Syrop czekoladowy jest przyprawą o smaku czekolady. Jest często stosowany jako posypka lub sos do różnych deserów, takich jak lody, albo w postaci mieszanki z mlekiem jako mleko czekoladowe. Syrop czekoladowy jest również wykorzystywany do najlepszych puddingów.
