Curaçao (wym. [kyra?sao]) - nazwa gatunkowa likierów wytwarzanych ze skórek gorzkich pomarańczy. Nazwa likierów powstała od wyspy Curaçao u wybrzeży Wenezueli. Na wyspie tej w przeszłości uprawiano gatunek gorzkiej pomarańczy.
Aktualnie głównym producentem tych pomarańczy jest Haiti. Curaçao można podzielić na:
zwykłe curaçao o zawartości 30% alkoholu
wytrawne "sec" lub "triple sec" (potrójnie wytrawne) zawierające minimum 35% alkoholu.
Charakterystyczną cechą niektórych odmian Curaçao jest ich błękitna barwa Blue Curaçao. Istnieją też inne barwne odmiany tego likieru - zielona, zielono-niebieska czy pomarańczowa.
Likier o zawartości alkoholu 45-60% wykonany z kanadyjskiej whisky oraz miodu. Smak jest słodszy niż w zwykłym whisky czy Bourbonie, ze względu na dodatek miodu.
Galliano - likier powstający na bazie 70 ziół, pochodzący z Włoch. Barwa likieru jest miodowa, a w jego smaku szczególnie wyeksponowane są wanilia, anyż i lukrecja. Likier został opracowany w 1896 roku przez Arturo Vaccari. Często (w Szwecji) podawany z ciepłą kawą espresso i bitą śmietaną.
