Tequila - wódka meksykańska, odmiana mezcalu, produkowana ze sfermentowanego soku specjalnego gatunku tzw. niebieskiej agawy, (Agave tequilana). Jest tam znana od czasów Azteków. Nazwa pochodzi od okręgu w Meksyku, w którym rozpoczęto jej produkcję.
Ouzo (gr. ????) - grecka wódka o zawartości alkoholu do 48%, o smaku anyżowym. Podawana zazwyczaj z wodą (w dodatkowej szklance); po rozcieńczeniu wodą zmienia kolor na mleczny.
Kahlúa (Kahlua) - słodki likier kawowy wytwarzany w Meksyku. Smak wyraźnie odmienny od innych likierów kawowych. Zawiera 20% alkoholu. Bardzo często podawany jako składnik drinka Black Russian oraz White Russian (drink wielokrotnie spożywany przez Jeffa Bridgesa w roli Jeffreya "The Dude" Lebowskiego w kultowym filmie braci Coen pt. Big Lebowski).
