Rumple Minze to marka niemieckiego likieru, najbardziej znana ze swojej wódki pieprzowej. Marka jest własnością holdingu napojów alkoholowych Diageo, z siedzibą w Londynie.
Likier o smaku mięty pieprzowej ma wyrazisty posmak trzciny cukrowej oraz posiada wysoką zawartość alkoholu - 50% ABV (zawartość alkoholu). Jest zwykle podawany schłodzone, w postaci szota lub jako składnik różnych koktajli.
Jägermeister (z niem. łowczy) - niemiecki likier ziołowo-korzenny o słodko-gorzkim smaku, zawiera 35% alkoholu. Recepturę otrzymywania opracowano w 1934 roku. Otrzymywany jest w wyniku macerowania w spirytusie 56 ziół i przypraw korzennych m.in. tymianku, rumianku, drzewa sandałowego, szafranu, imbiru, rozmarynu, borówki, bazylii, pietruszki, cynamonu. Proces macerowania trwa około 1,5 roku.
Tequila - wódka meksykańska, odmiana mezcalu, produkowana ze sfermentowanego soku specjalnego gatunku tzw. niebieskiej agawy, (Agave tequilana). Jest tam znana od czasów Azteków. Nazwa pochodzi od okręgu w Meksyku, w którym rozpoczęto jej produkcję.
Rum ? napój alkoholowy o wysokiej zawartości alkoholu (37,5%?81%) wytwarzany ze sfermentowanego soku z trzciny cukrowej, koncentratu tego soku lub melasy.
