Tequila - wódka meksykańska, odmiana mezcalu, produkowana ze sfermentowanego soku specjalnego gatunku tzw. niebieskiej agawy, (Agave tequilana). Jest tam znana od czasów Azteków. Nazwa pochodzi od okręgu w Meksyku, w którym rozpoczęto jej produkcję.
Likiery (nalewki) są słodkimi napojami alkoholowymi o bogatym zakresie smaków. Zazwyczaj smaki pochodzą z owoców, ziół lub orzechów. Nalewki odróżniają się od innych alkoholi owocowych zawartością cukru. Zawartość alkoholu większości likierów mieści się w zakresie 15% a 55%.
Nalewka z tarniny (Sloe gin) - Alkohol wytwarzany ze składników: tarniny (450 g), ginu (0,7 l), cukru (200 g). Tarninę należy nakłuć w 2-3 miejscach, a następnie zasypać cukrem i zalać ginem. Słój należy przetrzymywać w słonecznym miejscu i regularnie wstrząsać roztwór, przez pierwsze dwa tygodnie codziennie, a później raz w tygodniu. Produkt jest gotowy po 2 miesiącach, ale im dłuższy czas dojrzewania, tym lepszy efekt końcowy.
