Whisky (z gaelickiego: uisge beatha - woda życia) - napój alkoholowy powstały z destylacji zacieru zbożowego i poddawany dojrzewaniu w drewnianych (głównie dębowych) beczkach. Jest kojarzony najczęściej z krajami anglosaskimi, produkowany między innymi w Irlandii, Szkocji, Stanach Zjednoczonych i Kanadzie.
Wódka - wysokoprocentowy napój alkoholowy składający się z destylatu alkoholowego rozcieńczonego wodą w stosunku około 2:3 (40%). W Polsce aby móc legalnie nazywać napój alkoholowy wódką musi on zawierać minimum 37,5% alkoholu.
Syrop klonowy - produkt spożywczy wytwarzany z soku klonowego. Syrop klonowy jest mniej kaloryczny niż miód, nie zawiera żadnych konserwantów i można przechowywać go przez około 18 miesięcy. Najwięcej syropu klonowego produkuje się w Kanadzie (prowincja Quebec) oraz w USA (region północnej Nowej Anglii).
