Jogurt (z tur. yo?urt), mleko bułgarskie - produkt mleczarski o dość gęstej konsystencji, o barwie białej lub lekko kremowej i lekko kwaśnym smaku. Otrzymywany jest z mleka, w którym przez 4-7 godzin w temperaturze 42-45 °C rozwijają się bakterie termofilne z gatunków Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus oraz Streptococcus salivarius ssp. thermophilus. Określenie ?jogurt? jest zastrzeżone dla produktu zawierającego żywe kultury bakterii jogurtowych w ilości nie mniejszej niż 10 mln komórek/1 ml.
Sok - produkt otrzymany z dojrzałych, świeżych lub przechowywanych owoców lub warzyw, jednego lub większej liczby gatunków, posiadający barwę, smak i zapach charakterystyczny dla soku z owoców lub warzyw, z których pochodzą, zdolny do fermentacji, lecz niesfermentowany. Soki mogą być produkowane z zagęszczonych soków lub przecierów przez odtworzenie udziału wody usuniętej w procesie zagęszczania soku lub przecieru i odtworzenie aromatu oraz, gdy jest to wskazane, miazgi usuniętej z soku lecz odzyskanej w procesie technologicznym.
Umieść wszystkie składniki w pojemniku do blendowania - przykryj i miksuj na średnich obrotach, aż będą dobrze zmiksowane. Wlej do jednej wysokiej, dwóch średnich lub trzech małych szklanek i wypij.
