Tequila - wódka meksykańska, odmiana mezcalu, produkowana ze sfermentowanego soku specjalnego gatunku tzw. niebieskiej agawy, (Agave tequilana). Jest tam znana od czasów Azteków. Nazwa pochodzi od okręgu w Meksyku, w którym rozpoczęto jej produkcję.
Kokosowy krem jest bardzo podobny do mleka kokosowego, ale zawiera mniej wody. Różnicą jest głównie konsystencja. Krem kokosowy przypomina bardziej konsystencję pasty. Ma słodki łagodny smak i stosowany jest jako składnik gotowania.
