Cognac - nazwa miejscowości oraz okręgu we Francji) - rodzaj napoju alkoholowego typu winiak, zawierającego ok. 40-45% alkoholu i produkowanego w okolicach miejscowości Cognac w regionie Charente we Francji. Na terenie Unii Europejskiej nazwa "koniak", a ściślej "cognac" zastrzeżona jest wyłącznie dla produktów z tej lokalizacji.
